Three steps: choose a membership, create your organisation listing, then add your events. Your organisation has to exist first, because every event is linked to it.

Once your membership is active, go to Submit Your Listing from your Member Dashboard. Add your details, services and contact information, then submit it for review.

Basic includes 2 per calendar month, Professional 4, and Premium is reasonable use. Your allowance resets on the 1st, and your Member Dashboard shows how many you have left.

Our team reviews it. You’ll get an email when it’s approved, and it appears on the Events calendar automatically. If we need something changed, we’ll email you with what to update, and you’ll see the feedback in My Events.

Yes — edit it from My Events. It returns to review before the changes go live, because dates, venues and prices matter too much to publish unchecked.

Three options depending on your membership. Link to your own booking system, take free bookings through this site (Professional and Premium), or take payment on site (Premium, coming soon). Compare memberships.

Go to My Events and choose Manage attendees. You’ll see names, emails and booking references, and can download the list as a CSV.

Only down to the number of people already booked. You can’t cancel someone’s confirmed place by lowering the limit.

Edit it in My Events and set its status to Cancelled. Everyone booked is emailed automatically and their bookings are cancelled.

Nothing is deleted. Your listing is hidden from the public directory and editing pauses. Renew and your approved listing comes back automatically.
