In this session, Audrey Zannese will guide you through gentle movements, breathing exercises and soothing visualisations to help you release tension and restore your energy.

You will leave feeling calmer and clearer, fully reset for the rest of your day. 

This is also an opportunity to discover a mind-body practice loved in France.

Audrey will share some tips on how you can easily incorporate tools in your daily life to experience the benefits beyond the session. 

No prior knowledge or special clothing required. Come as you are.
