Our Adult Male-Identifying Dance Class is a relaxed, welcoming space designed for those who want to move, try something new, and build confidence – no experience needed. This class is all about exploration over perfection. Each workshop, you’ll be introduced to a mix of dance styles and inspired by different music genres, giving you the chance to experiment with movement through fun, energetic dance routines in a way that feels good for you.

More than just a dance class, it’s a space to connect, have a laugh, and grow alongside others in a supportive, male-identifying environment. Through shared experience and team camaraderie, you’ll build confidence, boost self-esteem, support positive mental health, and leave feeling energised and empowered.

All adults, from 18 yrs to 80+ yrs, are welcome, whether you’ve never danced before or have previous experience!
