I am a skilled EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) practitioner, also known as tapping, and the founder of From the Inside Wellbeing. Drawing on my extensive experience in mental health and my expertise in EFT, I help individuals transform their relationship with themselves.
I specialise in supporting people who struggle with feelings of inadequacy, guiding them to reconnect with their true selves, embrace self-compassion, and appreciate who they are.
