Your Body Talks, Are You Listening? Shifting from Thinking to Feeling 4.40-5.40

In a world that constantly asks us to think more, do more, and push through, many of us become disconnected from the wisdom of our own bodies.

This gentle, experiential workshop invites you to pause, slow down, and reconnect with yourself through the body–mind connection. Together, we’ll explore how meaningful change and healing happen not through overthinking or trying, but through presence, awareness, and learning to listen to the nervous system.

You can’t always think yourself out of stress, overwhelm, or suffering the nervous system is far more intelligent than that.

Through guided reflection, simple nervous system education, and a couple gentle practical exercises, we’ll explore how the body communicates through sensation, tension, emotion, and how meeting ourselves fully with awareness and compassionate attention can begin to shift our experience from the inside out and rewire our brains.

This session is open to everyone, busy professionals, students, carers, helpers, and anyone curious about the relationship between body, mind, emotions, and wellbeing.

You’ll leave with:

  • A deeper understanding of the body–mind connection
  • Simple tools to feel more present and grounded
  • Gentle practices to support nervous system regulation
  • A renewed sense of connection with yourself

You’ll also receive a complimentary wellbeing goodie bag with supportive resources to help you continue exploring your body–mind connection beyond the workshop.

Hosted by The Body Mind Collective.
