Join Touchstone for the Open Door Men’s Group, a safe, welcoming and supportive space for men to connect, talk openly and reduce social isolation. The group offers an opportunity to meet others in a relaxed community setting, share experiences where comfortable, and build positive peer support networks.

This session aims to support emotional wellbeing, encourage positive coping strategies, and help men feel more connected to their local community.

Hosted by Touchstone, this group forms part of their wider community wellbeing work, supporting people to improve mental health, reduce isolation and access community-based support in a friendly and inclusive environment.

This event is free, but donations are very welcome to help support the organisation of Leeds Wellbeing Week and HelloHope’s important work in mental health and suicide prevention.
