How to feel calm and empowered in this frenetic and uncertain world – 15:30 – 16:30

Hearing the news, and some of the things happening in the world can be distressing, and much of it is out of our control. What is going on in our internal world can add massively to that distress, but the good news is that this IS within our control.

In the session you will be guided through a couple of simple take-away exercises that guide you to a felt sense of release and peace. From here you will have a more empowered, calm and clear perspective on yourself and the world.

You can then use them for yourself when you need them most!
